Account info you give us directly: email address, username, and password (handled entirely by our authentication provider, Supabase — we never see or store your password ourselves).
Content you create: food and nutrition logs, ingredients, recipes, meals, macro goals, posts, comments, and any profile details you add (bio, avatar, banner, social links).
Social activity: who you follow, what you like, and what you report or block.
To run the app: storing your logs, showing your feed, and syncing your data across your devices.
To operate the community features: showing posts, comments, and profiles to other users according to your visibility settings.
We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell your data to anyone.
Supabase — our backend provider — hosts our database, authentication, and file storage. They process data on our behalf and don't use it for their own purposes.
Open Food Facts — a public, open nutrition database we query when you search or scan a barcode. Only the search term or barcode you enter is sent; no account or personal information is included in that request.
We don't share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
Export: Settings → Export Data gives you a copy of everything you've logged, as a file you can save or share.
Delete: Settings → Delete Account permanently deletes your account and everything tied to it, immediately and without needing to contact us.
Block: blocking another user (from their profile) stops them from following you or commenting on your posts, and hides their content from your feeds.
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) between the app and our backend. Access to the underlying database is restricted by row-level security policies scoped to your own account.
The Intake isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from them.
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, note it in the app.
